Athens, GA (Mar 9, 2008) - With 49 seconds left in the Marist vs Niagara MAAC Quarterfinal game tonite, and Marist clinging to a one point lead, midnight literally struck. It did not strike for Cinderella, it struck for a Heidi moment. Charron Fisher, the leading scorer in the country, missed the front end of a 1-1, and as Marist grabbed the rebound...ESPN360 went to bars and tone, and then to A REPLAY of the Big South Championship between Winthrop and UNC-Asheville.


After some clicking around, I could find the last 4 seconds of the game on another ESPN360 channel. Unfortunately, Charron Fisher's 23 points and 16 rebounds were not enough as his stellar college season came to an end.
